Reclamite street project in northwest quadrant 50% completed; work to resume Sept. 23
The second phase of the Reclamite pavement street maintenance projects in the northwest quadrant of the City is halfway completed, with work now scheduled to resume Sept. 23-26. This project is a cost-effective pavement maintenance method designed to improve street surfaces for years to come.

Cape Seal surface improvement projects Sept. 10-26 citywide
Road maintenance projects continue with Cape Seal surface improvements beginning on Wednesday, Sept. 10, and is expected to be completed by Sept. 26.The schedule will include work done on Saturday, Sept. 13 on Shirk from Highway 198 to Goshen and on Riggin from Akers to Plaza. The hours of construction on Saturday will be from 6 AM to 5 PM. Hours of construction for the remaining days is 7 am to 5 pm.

The City of Visalia is accepting applications from interested citizens for openings on Committees and Commissions.
