The Department of Transportation (Caltrans) in cooperation with Granite Construction announces a planned traffic switch on State Route 216 (Houston Avenue) in Visalia in Tulare County between Lover's Lane and McAuliff Street. This is part of the widening project for State Route 216 (Houston Avenue) as construction activities resume.
