to have this sent to you, please send an blank email, no subject or content 
necessary, to insidecityhall-subscribe@lists.ci.visalia.ca.us  

You will receive the following email message:  "Your subscription request has been received. You must now reply to this message to complete your subscription. If you do not reply to this message within 5 days, your request will be cancelled and you will have to start over again."

After you reply you will receive this confirmation message: " You have been added to the 'insidecityhall' list. To unsubscribe from the list send blank
email to insidecityhall-unsubscribe@lists.ci.visalia.ca.us "

If you choose to remove yourself form the email service, just send a blank email
to insidecityhall-unsubscribe@lists.ci.visalia.ca.us .  You will receive the following email: "Your unsubscription request has been received. You must now reply to this message to complete your unsubscription. If you do not reply to this message within 5 days, your request will be cancelled and you will have to start over again."

Now just reply to complete the process to remove yourself from receiving the newsletter.  You will receive the following confirmation message: "You have been removed from the 'insidecityhall' list. To subscribe send blank email to insidecityhall-subscribe@lists.ci.visalia.ca.us."
