Please plan on arriving at the airport early for your departure.
The airline will advise you to arrive at least two hours prior to departure. While Visalia advertises shorter check-in times, there are still security requirements that govern departure times. At Visalia, all baggage screening will be cutoff 45 minutes prior to departure time, per TSA regulations. Therefore, we advise passengers that will be checking bags, to arrive at least an hour prior to the scheduled departure. This will allow sufficient time to check baggage and be processed through security screening. In addition, by arriving early, airline staff will have more time to handle any delays or changes that you may incur during your trip.
Be sure to bring government-issued picture identification for all traveling adults over 18 years of age.
