Want to use less energy and water, reduce your utility bill, increase indoor comfort and air quality, and increase the value of your home all at the same time?  Have a look at the following programs.

Energy Upgrade California
Consider pursuing the many incentives and rebates available through Energy Upgrade California.  There are rebates for all sorts of things – air conditioners and fans, reducing your utility demand, and basic and advanced upgrades (energy efficiency, renewable energy, and water conservation, for example).  Well how am I going to pay for these upgrades?  There is even help finding secured financing. Energy Upgrade California is administered by the California Energy Commission.

Engage 360
Engage 360 is a central local website of a wide variety of information, ideas, and discussions.  The goal – save 20% of our energy by 2020. 
State agencies, families, community leaders, government organizations and utilities are all contributing to the wealth of knowledge on this site.  All sorts of different conservation techniques, incentive programs, discussions, and public documents are available through this site. Engage 360 is administered by the California Public Utilities Commission.

  

          
VIEW Local Government Energy Efficiency Partnership
The VIEW (Valley Innovative Energy Watch) Partnership is a collaborative between, Southern California Edison, Southern California Gas Company, the San Joaquin Valley Clean Energy Organization, and local governments in Tulare and Kings Countys.  The goal is to inspire, promote and implement energy efficiency practices throughout participating jurisdictions.  Realizing the value of this Partnership, the City of joined this effort in an attempt to better assess and implement needed energy efficient projects in municipal facilities, in addition to supporting energy saving efforts in our community's homes and businesses.
