| Family Fun Halloween Festival 2010 | |
On Friday, October 29, 2010 The Visalia Parks and Recreation Department held a Family Fun Festival “Halloween Carnival” at the Manuel F. Hernandez Community Center. Over 200 people gathered to enjoy carnival games, food, prizes a costume contest and a spooky, haunted house. The event was held from 6 – 8pm and was a great way to spend a Friday evening with family and friends.
