The City of Visalia Human Resources Department is responsible for all aspects relating to the efficient operation of the City's personnel system including employee and employer relations, classification and compensation, training and development, administrative services, recruitment and selection, labor relations and counseling.

We are dedicated staff, continually striving to improve in the performance of our responsibilities and interaction with other City staff and the public.
Human Resources Personnel provide support, advice, and guidance to citywide employees. Our office is located in the City Administration building located at 220 N. Santa Fe, the corner of E. Oak Ave. and N. Santa Fe St., East of the Transit Center.
