Volunteers In Police Service - VIPS
Enrich your community by becoming a Volunteer In Police Service. VIPS work along side the Visalia Police Department providing added staffing that is highly trained and motivated. They provide essential but non-hazardous police service freeing officers to attend to the most critical needs of the community. All VIPS must attend the Visalia Police Departments' Citizens Police Academy.
