The Visalia Police Explorers Post is a dynamic, coed youth/young adult vocational & leadership development program that provides positive alternatives to uncommitted leisure time. Explorers programs are an extension of the Boy Scouts of America & participants' age range from 14-20. The vocational training centers on the various operations of the Visalia Police Department through both classroom teaching & hands-on training. All training & operations of the Post are conducted in high tradition of honor & ethics, as outlined by the Law Enforcement Code of Ethics. The Explorers Program affords invaluable experiences & training which develops self-esteem, moral character, leadership, communication skills, critical thinking, crisis resolution & compassion for others.  Visalia Police Explorers Post #32
