Construction & Demolition: Debris Recycling & Reuse Plan Effective March 1, 2006 every applicant for building or demolition permits involving any covered project shall complete and submit a properly completed C&D Debris Recycling and Reuse Plan to the Building Official with the City of Visalia. The final papers showing the contractor has complied with the plan will be submitted within 30 days of the project's completion. This packet contains the C&D ordinance, informational letter and required forms.
