The City of Visalia's Waste Water treatment plant is responsible for the treatment plant administration and operation, as well as Storm drain maintenance in the City of Visalia.

City of Visalia is currently in the process of upgrading the waste water treatment plant facilities.  A part of that is the requirement for an Environmental Impact Report.  Information relating to this is posted below, including the Environmental Impact Report.
